Motivation is a need or want that serves to energise behaviour and to direct it towards a goal. Motivation happens in our everyday life. Without motivation, no one will ever amend in anything. Without motivation, no one will create anything or even work harder to get something they want.
Motivation involve to get to a model to look up to. There mustiness be a need in them to actually impress them. Example, surface-to-air missile always wants to be like his older chum who is smart and intelligent. He wants to get a good rack up in his exam and successful same as his brother. He must know what he needs to do and instigate inside him to get good grades.
Next, when theres need, theres drive. The needs drive to what a person create to do to achieve something they want. Example, because Sam wants to get good grades, his needs drive him to become more attentive in family and not sleeping when teacher is teaching. He pays more tutelage in the class so that he can concord up with his work.
Drive can lead someone to solution to what the person want to do. Response is the action that the person confuse in order to achieve the goal.



Example, to get good grades, Sam creates a study timetable to discipline himself. He follows the timetable to revise what he has learned and does some revision book to improve what hooked he is weak at. Sam also becomes more unwearying to more research about the words he doesnt know.
Goal is must to have in everyone to achieve something unseasoned or does something want to do. The goal is the target that motivates ones behaviour. Example, the main innovation why Sam is becoming more hardworking is because he has set a goal in his mind that he wants to have good grades and be successful like his brother.
