A. Explain how your have got perceptions about quality of flavor and health promotion might affect your wangle for a dying uncomplaining with a lingering illness such as cancer. I understand that my own perceptions regarding illness, death, and destruction are drop anchor on my beliefs, attitudes, and invigoration experiences that started during my childhood and expanded throughout my demeanor. It delimitates how I meet, understand, and accept various diseases, illnesses, the dying process and even death. My life story experiences, attitudes and beliefs guide my translation of quality of life and impacts how I throw and apply those beliefs in the fretfulness of others. However, I am apprised that every person is also formed by their own life experiences, beliefs, attitudes, and culture. Therefore, I would first assess how the uncomplaining and family define and view quality of life and health promotion. If quality of life is being pain free or reasonably well-off and performing normal activities then I would attempt to obtain those goals for the patient. My definition of quality of life may or may not be in alignment with the patient or family section but I realize that the focus is the patient and family and would touch to make the dying process as amicable as possible for the patient and loved ones.

My definition of health, illness, and dying pictures a foundation to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to the patient and family. Establishing a trusting and caring relationship amongst the dying patient and family requires me to have an understanding of the foundation their health beliefs, behaviors, and attitudes is based.
